The C.L.A.R.I.F.Y. System is an assessment and growth dashboard built for leaders who want to close the gap between the values they hold and the behaviors they actually demonstrate under pressure. Most leaders know what good leadership looks like. Far fewer can see, in honest detail, where their day-to-day actions drift from those beliefs when the stakes are high.

Built by Showering Seeds of Growth, the system turns that drift into measurable data. Leaders complete a baseline assessment across seven disciplines — Clarity, Listening, Awareness, Reset, Integrity, Focus, and Yield — rating both their belief in each discipline and their behavior under pressure. The result is a personal gap map, an alignment score, and a growth plan of prescribed practices.

The platform then tracks change over time. Follow-up check-ins show whether the gap is closing, and a private growth dashboard lets each leader watch their own progress. For coaches, cohorts aggregate each leader's data into a shared view of where a team is aligned and where it is not.
